'The Old Gold Prospector'

A painting Frank made on visiting his Brothers Frederick and Ben in Eden, Australia. Apparently it was of a local identity and caused a lot of interest when it was displayed in his brother's shop.

Further advice from Elizabeth on - 8 May 03 - that the picture has the prospectors name - Jimmy MacCartey - written on the back and it is painted on "Artist's Board" and not canvas.
