'Primroses and Bluebells, Pett Wood'

I received a digital photograph of this painting from Ann Rich, who is the editor of 'Stockbury A Stroll through the Past' while it was being prepared by the Stockbury History Group.

The book is available for purchase from the 27th November 2004 and was published by the Stockbury History Group - Printed and bound by 'The Colour Factory'.

The book would be of interest in particular to Stockbury visitors and those whose relatives/ancestors may have lived part of their lives there.

Frank Hyde, 1849 - 1937, lived at Pett Wood Cottage from 1913 to the end of his life, and the above painting was done during his years in Stockbury.
