A TRIP FROM UEP TO A FARM HUT IN LAVEZARES

One day, as a picnic excursion, we went on a trip from UEP, Catarman, to a hut on a relatively undeveloped farm in Lavezares.

The route taken passed from UEP through the two Catarman diversion roads that joined up with the Allen-Catarman road.

Sometimes when we saw something of interest we stopped briefly and took photos.

We stopped for lunch at the Bobon Fishville resort.

We had a brief look at the Esperanza resort, Barangay Dancalan, Bobon - pictured below. Curiously it had no one staying there other than a caretaker.

At present (Dec. 2012) there appears no reference to the Esperanza beach resort on the Internet.

To reach the farm hut we had to walk three kilometres over farmland from the highway.

When I went there once before I got caught in a heavy downpour and rain water damaged my camera. This time I used a small underwater camera.

Once we reached the hut we picked several types of fruit, drank coconut juice, before returning to UEP.
